1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website giant-tiltrotator.com (the "Website"), operated by Giant Hydraulic Tech Co., Ltd. ("GIANT", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website or submitting an inquiry through our Request for Quote (RFQ) form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Use of the Website

The Website is provided for business purposes: to present our GTR tiltrotator product line and to receive commercial inquiries. You agree not to misuse the Website, including but not limited to: submitting false or fraudulent inquiries, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scraping content at a rate that impairs service for others, or using the Website in violation of applicable laws.

3. Quotations

• All quotations issued through the Website or by our sales team are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Quotation prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed, and are subject to change due to raw material costs and exchange rate fluctuations after the validity period.
• A quotation constitutes an offer to enter into a sales contract only upon our written order confirmation.

4. Orders & Delivery

• Standard production lead time is 15–30 working days after receipt of the deposit for standard models; custom configurations may take longer. The lead time stated in your order confirmation prevails.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery terms are FOB Shanghai (Incoterms 2020).
• Partial deliveries are permitted within reasonable commercial limits.
• GIANT is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (see Section 7) or by the carrier, port authorities, or customs.

5. Warranty

• GTR tiltrotators carry a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery (bill of lading date) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
• The warranty covers the supply of replacement parts or repair at our discretion; it does not cover wear parts (seals, hoses, bushings), damage from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or lack of required maintenance.
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with the serial number, photos or videos of the defect, and a description of operating conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, product images, technical drawings, CAD files, logos, and the "GIANT GTR" brand — is the property of Giant Hydraulic Tech Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may download technical documentation solely for the purpose of evaluating our products for a potential purchase. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of any content without our prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government actions, export restrictions, power or telecommunication failures, or raw material shortages. The affected party shall notify the other promptly and resume performance as soon as practicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GIANT's total liability arising from or related to any product or transaction shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any resulting sales contracts shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails within 60 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the Ma'anshan Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules then in effect. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

10. Privacy

Our collection and handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
